この歌は、年をとっていくことがこわくなっても

それを止めて若いままでいることはできないし、

年をとっていくこと、周りが変わっていってしまうことを、

受け入れなければいけないよという意味らしいです。

ずっと電車を止めてと言っていたけれど、

お父さんの話を聞いてやっと電車を止めることはできないことがわかったと言った時に

受け入れられたんだなと思いました。
